We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, but we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our services. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment for any service, (Appointments must be made for anyone under 18 by a parent or guardian). The time needed for the service(s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require a minimum of 24-Hours-notice .  A booking fee of $25 is required to book new appointment  , cancellations less than 4 hours will result in no refund.   Please email us to schedule an appointment. You will be contacted to confirm your appointment within one day.  Any information you provide on our site will not be disclosed to any outside party.
